Signing in with Google
Our booking system at calendar.honemovementstudios.com lets you create an account and sign in with Google. This section explains exactly what Google user data we access, how we use it, and how it is stored and shared.
What we access
When you choose "Continue with Google", Google asks your permission
to share a limited profile with us. We request only the basic
sign-in scopes (openid, email and
profile), which give us:
- your name
- your email address
- your Google account identifier, and your profile picture if your Google account has one
We do not request, receive, or have any access to any other Google service: not Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, Google Photos, or any other Google product or file.
How we use it
- to create your account and sign you in securely, so you do not need a separate password
- to identify your bookings and show you your own booking history
- to send you booking confirmations, access details, reminders and other messages about bookings you have made
We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not use it to build profiles for marketing, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
How it is stored and shared
Your name and email address are stored in our booking database, hosted by our infrastructure providers on our behalf, and are protected by access controls. Google sign-in itself is handled by our authentication provider, which processes the sign-in on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes.
We do not sell Google user data and we do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to run the booking service (for example our payment processor, so your booking can be paid for), or where we are legally required to.
Deleting it
You can disconnect Google access at any time from your Google account permissions page, and you can ask us to delete your account and its data by emailing us at info@honemovementstudios.com. Deleting your account removes your name and email from our booking system, subject to any records we are legally required to keep for accounting purposes.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Register you as a client and manage bookings
- Verify identity and grant studio access
- Communicate important updates (e.g. bookings, changes, access details)
- Process payments and manage accounts
- Maintain safety and prevent misuse of the space
- Comply with legal obligations (e.g. health & safety, fraud prevention)
- Improve our services
We will only send marketing communications if you have given consent, for example by ticking the "keep me updated" box on our enquiry form. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Legal Basis (UK GDPR)
We process your data based on:
- Contractual necessity (to provide our services)
- Legal obligations
- Legitimate interests (running and improving our business, security)
- Consent (for marketing or optional data use)
Sharing Your Data
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share data with trusted service providers, who process it on our behalf:
- Our booking and payment systems (booking platform and payment processors)
- Brevo, our email service: enquiry form submissions and newsletter sign-ups are stored there so we can reply to you and, with your consent, keep you updated
- Professional advisors (e.g. accountants, insurers)
- Authorities or law enforcement if legally required
Data Retention
We keep your data only as long as necessary for:
- Providing services
- Legal and accounting obligations
- Security purposes
Identity documents are stored encrypted and deleted automatically 24 months after your last booking. You can also request export or deletion of your data from your account at any time.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion (where applicable)
- Restrict or object to processing
- Withdraw consent at any time (for marketing)
To exercise your rights, email us at info@honemovementstudios.com.

This website sets one category of non-essential cookie: Meta (Facebook) advertising measurement, which helps us understand whether our ads work. We ask for your consent before it loads, and you can decline it with one tap.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings.
